What will I do for you as your Online Personal Trainer?
Improving your physique requires attention to detail. The various components of your program - weight training, cardiovascular exercise, and most importantly, nutrition - must complement one another for optimal results. My goal is to fine tune and customize every aspect of your program so that you get the best results in the shortest time possible.

Once you have made your chose of one of my online programs, you will be sent a questionnaire. This will address everything from your goals, current physique status, previous or current injuries or health concerns, and training and diet history. You will also have the opportunity to select what foods you want included in your nutritional program so that your program can be designed according to the foods you enjoy.
Once your plan is designed based on all the information you've provided, you will receive your entire program via email. Your nutrition is planned day by day and meal by meal, so you'll always know what you need to be buying, cooking and eating. You even get scheduled "cheat" days for those high calorie favorites.
Your training program is as detailed as your nutrition plan. It will tell you when to lift weights, what exercises to do and how many reps and sets to do them for. It will tell you what kind of cardiovascular exercise to do and when to do it. Your training, including dynamic warm ups, weight training and cardiovascular exercise, will be planned around your schedule. Everything is planned out and thought out for you; all you have to do is execute your plan.
As we work together on your program, you'll keep track of various components of your days, such as your sleep quality, your energy levels, and motivation to train. This report will be submitted biweekly via email back to me, along with feedback on your progress, progress pictures and updated measurements. This will provide the updated information needed to make any necessary adjustments to your plan. Your progress report is also a chance for you to ask any questions or concerns that may have come up in the past two weeks. When developing your program, I am planning what I believe to be best for you, as an individual, with your specific goals in mind. It is my promise to you to provide the best program possible, and it is your promise to me, and to yourself, to execute it to the best of your ability.
